Sony Memory Stick Micro.

Memory Stick Micro, developed by Sony specifically for mobile phones but now used by other devices and manufacturers. Please note, older devices may only support Memory Sticks maximum 128Mb and not the Pro verison which is 128 and above. People tend confuse to Memory Sticks with Flash rives, which plug into a computer USB port.

JTF - Just The Facts Not much to say about Memory sticks, a very controlled design, never seen any compatibility problems between brands (we understand they are all made in the same factory).
